Kia is replacing the engine of my 2011 Optima SX. They're also telling me the turbo is bad, but that it's not covered by the recall. Should I be having to pay for the turbo?
As stated in the subject line. Car has ~115K miles.

When I step on the gas my car is very sluggish to respond. It does not misfire or anythign like that. The engine reves up like normal but I get sluggish acceleration. My kia optima 2012 stopped running in the middle of me driving it. IT TURN BUT WONT START.
