Take the enire housing off the back of truck , turn the encasement and remove bulbs . Check the metal prongs they aren’t making a connection. You have to lift the metal tabs up higher because the way this was manufactured, the heat from bulbs melted the plastic and caused the metal tabs to sink down lower and are no longer making a connection to the bulb prongs. I’ve done this with a hairdryer and pair of tweezers. Not before getting multiple tickets for no taillights , turn signal , and brake lights. Let me know how you made out. Good luck.
