2006 lincoln executive town. Radio cuts off on and radio lights and power windows stopped working. Help!!!!

Radio cuts out but lights
work..then radioights cut
out and radio works..then
both cut out and then
power windows stopped
working...off and
on...radio is so controlled
by rear consol.
