How do I adjust the rear view mirror on my 2009 Mercedes Benz ML350 after windshield replacement ?

rear view mirror hits back housing & sits higher & further forward after
windshield replacement.  Dealer couldn't repair.  How many adjustment points
are there?

The rear view mirror in the car adjusts manually. Are you referring to the rear view mirror inside the car or side view mirror?

Yes the inside mirror. Mirror & stem r not in the same position as before windshield replacement

As far as I know the rear view mirror in the ML 350 must be adjusted by hand. If you have the car manual it should tell you. Frankly, I don't understand why the replacement windshield is not in the same position as the previous one. In any case, perhaps you can find a mirror that have a configuration and stem that will allow you to fit it in a position that allow you to see what is behind your car. This is like having no mirror at all, it is dangerous.
