My key will not start my Sebring convertable so I had it towed but they had to pull the gears to tow the car now the gears are moving really easy back and forth is it broke

Robert, Thank you very much. I was able to hit it hard enough with my hand to get it to turn. The steering wheel was not locked but the automatic gear shift was locked in park. You saved me a tow and a lot of time. Thanks again. Warren
