what all should I check on my 2003 chrysler sebring and it cranks and fires but wont start.

the car has been starting fine with no
problem until the first real cold morning (4
degrees)  I'm not sure if that is relevant
because it's obviously not the alternator or
battery.  Car had plenty of antifreeze and is
serviced regular.   It may be time for plugs
and wires.
