Ford F150 passenger side blowing out outside temperature air?

Replaced blend door actuator in Ford F150 and I still have the clicking noise behind navigation system. Passenger side blows out external air only. Cold in Winter and hot in the Summer. Doesn't work in manual or dual climate control. Passenger side works fine. It effects the rear air as well
