How to make dealer take back lemon vehicle?

CarGurus described the vehicle at a great price. AutoCheck rated it highly. Took
the vehicle to my mechanic after purchase and found out it has major frame
damage. The dealer failed to give me the required inspection report. Contacted
VA State trooper. I just learned the vehicle failed inspection prior to selling me
the vehicle. Contacted Dealer Board, BBB. Now what?

The Lemon Law applies only to vehicles purchased new.
