How can I change back MY Key to change the speed setting on my 2013 F-150

Can’t reprogram my My Key back to normal setting!

The ONLY way to do this is to use a key that has not been programmed as a “my key” and erase all my keys. If you don’t have one, you must get a new key made and use that one to erase.
