2006 honda pilot

My battery recently went dead. It is
now up and running fine. I had the code
for my radio and it works.  The driver
side window also works but the other
four windows in my pilot are no longer
working . What could be the problem?

Did you check that the window lock for the other windows is in the right position. AKA window lock is not on.

FYI when the window lock is on, not even the driver can control them. It's like a kill switch for the other windows.
