Front passenger door won't unlock on 2006 Honda Pilot

The front passenger door on my 2006 Honda Pilot will not unlock. I can't even
pull the lock up manually. Also, when the car is on and I hit the lock button, it
makes a beep sound on the passenger side. Any info would be helpful. Thank
you!

If it was a bad lock motor, you should still be able to pull it manually. check the linkage inside it might've came off or wedged.
