The tire rotation code is, I believe, timed to the oil change, so you can have everything done at once. The owner can only reset the entire maintainance minder, not individual items. Only a service center having the Honda diagnostic scanner can clear individual items from the maintainance minder (at least that's what the service manual tells me).
