My 2004 Chrysler Sebring GTC Convertibles horn seems to work halfway. I did notice that the relay in the drivers side dash panel clicks? Could this be the problem?

Sounds like one of the 2 pitches failed, you will need to replace the horn that failed if 2 horn set up or the 1 horn.
