Can a 2005 Chrysler Sebring Convertible take 6 1/2 quarts of oil if the manual says it takes 5 quarts?

Not in this lifetime on a single oil change. Now it can take it but it will be over-filled unless its leaking or someone installed a re-mote dual oil filter kit with 3 feet of oil cooler hose and/or a large oil cooler too.

If a shop did it for you. Some of those guys dump out the oil bottle as fast as they can and leave oil still in the bottle and cap it and throw it with all the others they did all week and then drain them into a big jug and use for their own cars or for customers and charge them for oil someone else bought but did get it all in their engine.
