Front link assys?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

What exactly is that? When I got my oil changed
told me my front link assys were worn and causing
the clanking sound when I drive. He said $200 to fix
it but I wanted to see if it would be cheaper to buy
the part and go to my mechanic. I can't find any
info online about this.. Is there another name for it?
