I just purchased a 2012 rear wheel drive Suzuki Grand Vitara with 51,000 miles. I feel like as soon as I let my foot off the gas pedal the car slows down almost like a dragging feeling. What is wrong with it? Also the dash says its XM ready but doesn't work where/how can I have the "Satellite tuner" installed inexpensively? Lastly is the gear shift column supposed to be lit up at night because it is all dark at night.

XM ready means that the radio is ready for activation. Call XM and have it turned on. As for the light. Did it come with a owners manual? If so look there. Is your emergency brake dragging?

You have to buy an external xm box that plugs into the back of the radio. The problem you are having with slowing down when you let off the pedal is due to the 5.12 gearing and is normal.
