HELP! Need an opinion

I have someone who wants to trade there 05
Chrystler 300 Touring with 180,000 miles but with
suspension, ball joints, gasket and rings all
replaced for  my 2006 Mazda 153,000 miles it is
well maintained never any mechanical issues.
Concerned with the 300s miles and am afraid it
won't last as long as the Mazda will. PLEASE GIVE
ME YOUR INPUT!
