Question type: Maintenance & Repair

2005 Chrysler 300. 3.5 liter. Code comes up
p0480. Can a bad battery cause this? All
fuses and relays are good I swapped them.
My fan comes on as soon as I start it and
won't shut off until I turn the engine off. I've
unplugged 1 fan and plugged it into
number2 and does the same thing. My
battery has had to be jumped a lot as it sits
a lot. My hands are up. Help lol

Probably a short to ground on the control wire or a shorted transistor inside the computer... unplug the computer and turn the key on to see of its an internal or external problem.. if the fan still runs its an external problem
