Only one of my windows will roll down and drivers door will not lock with remote/button.

only the passenger window will roll down, and that is with the drivers door buttons.  All the other windows will not roll down with the buttons on the doors.  When using power door locks or remote, the drivers side door will not lock.  Any ideas?
