what do shocks and air stabilizer bar do, can I not repair them if I don't do off road at all??

it's really not save , you loose control without them holding the tires on the road , an accident is 2 or more bad circumstances coming together , driving like that is one and you just need another , without out them the stresses that they absorb are sent to parts that were not designed to handle them
