The brake lights are stuck on

The most likely cause of brake lights stuck on is a brake light switch on the brake peddle that's stuck on. Look at the peddle and you'll see the switch. It has a plunger or rocker that activates the lights. If broken, replace it. Or it might free up if you just spray WD40 on it.
