Where is the MAF/IAT Sensor in a 2011 MX-5?

Asked by creinders2 Jul 29, 2014 at 06:57 AM about the 2011 Mazda MX-5 Miata Grand Touring with Retractable Hardtop

Question type: Car Customization

I want to install a Performance Chip in my Miata, but I can't find the MAF/IAT, much less
the two wires from the IAT sensor to the ECU which is where the Performance Chip is
installed.

DON'T DO IT!!! I know the type of "sensor chip" you are talking about. It is nothing but a cheap resistor and will do nothing but cause your engine to run rich as hell!! Stay away from eBay. Been there. Done that.
