2011 toyota rav4 jammed the engine

Do U mean the engine is seized and won't turn? Possible reasons are overheated (Bad), oil starvation (really bad) or the engine is not seized and battery/starter is the cause

..or did you go through a big water puddle, water got into the motor and is hydro-locked??
