Possibly an instrument cluster, there is a TSB out for a relearn that does all sorts of odd things if you've recently had a dead battery/battery replacement

Need help please... My engine cluster has stopped working. This includes my Fuel Gauge, Rev Counter, MPH and my miles counter. Checked every fuse and replaced the Engine Clusters fuse just to be sure. Also pulled the dashboard out to check the cables behind and they seem to be fine. Also hooked it up to a handheld instrument that scans the car and nothing came back. Any idea what is going on? Thank you all very much
