My wipers don't move but the motor goes. I can move them easily by hand.

You most definitely have a wiper arm linkage problem. If they both move together when you manually operate them, you have lost the main connection to the wiper motor. Bring er in for service.

I just had a local guy have a look and he tightened both nuts on the arms. He said they were very loose. Now she works fine! :)
