Won't start

I got locked out of my car broke in through the
trunk went to go start it would not start fixed every
fuse every relay still won't start got it cranking a
little bit to where the battery Cuts everything on but
won't turn all the way over and start please please
help we are hurricane victims and stuck

Even drop the fuel tank because it showed a code saying fuel sender feedback shorted out KAM Error drop the fuel tank that was a big deal I'm done hooked it back up everything is getting more power through it then it was before but it's still not cranking all the way over please help
