Over heating and spraying water

I have a 1999 cadillac deville, when i start the car
everything is going good,it has the check coolant level light
on ,i go check the level and its gradually going up, it gets up
to 240 ,by then you can hear the boiling noise under the
hood,245 it starts throwing water out of a certain area,i
know exactly where its coming from and took a picture of
it,just was wondering if im corrrect or not on if this the
cause of it!

Forgot picture? Where is it leaking? And did this all just start happening, no work had ben done?
