my car is over heating,blowing cold air. after new radiator,thermastat,water pump,heater core flush,radiator flush.

Squeeze the hose with the radiator cap off needs to be running but dont do it with it hot because when you open the cap the steam and water will burn your hands let it cool down first

Test the coolant for combustion gases. If you have combustion gases in the coolant you have a blown head gasket. Northstar engines are notorious for blowing head gaskets. On a 19 year old vehicle it's not worth fixing. Hope that helps! Jim
