Random misfires in cylander 1,3,5

Asked by GuruHKFKD Jul 29, 2019 at 03:29 PM about the 2011 Hyundai Tucson GL FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hyundai 2011 2700 Car parked 6 mos not ran. Ran it and it drove for a while
then misfire code 1,3,5. Thought bad gas. Ran it our. Drove again for some
miles and again 1.3.5 misfire code. It  happens randomly. I turn off the car
and after start runs fine. Then after a time same situation. Plugs 2,4,6 had
wrong gap but have not removed intake to get to 1,3,5. After reading other
posts just new coils. plug wires etc did not take care of issue. Another
suggestion was crank sensor but also did not repair issue. What is
perplexing is only on odd  cylanders  and turning off car fixes it. Any ideas?
