just had the clutch replaced in my 2011 subaru outback and now it wont go into 5th or 6th
gear sometimes

Take it immediately back to the garage that did the clutch work , sounds like there's something wrong with your throw out bearing which temporarily disengages the clutch allowing you to shift into gear. They probably overlooked this part.
