I believe this is the upstream 02 sensor, usually located in the exhaust system either right in front of (to the engine side of) the catalytic convertor, or in the exhaust manifold.

The fuel guage isn't registering the fuel level and dashboard led isn't lighting at all. Are there fuses associated with these instruments? if so, where are they located? Thanks, John B.
