Since there is no temperature gauge, I'm wondering if there is a leak on my radiator, What is the standard temperature for a 2005 330I E90? in celsius.

The engine should run at 90.56 to like 94.4 Celsius. If you suspect a leak, have the cooling system pressure tested to find where the leak is coming from..
