As far as i know i is only for oil. dont know your car but have never seen oil lights be anything but oil system. Could be simple oil sensor or it could be a more serious problem such as an oil pump. I hate to ask this but you have checked your oil right? I would not drive this car if the oil light is staying on. A tow to your repair shop is cheaper then a tow to the junk yard because your engine seized up

The oil light is just for the engine oil. Yellow oil light is typically low oil level, while red is low oil pressure. Check your engine oil and make sure it's between the lines.
