06 Cadillac CTS: The anti-theft and T/C lights kept coming on. Now none of the dash or interior lights come, it won't start and I cannot remove the key. Took battery out and it tested good. Help!!

The car is antitheft mode and will need to be reset by a lock smith or a dealer/mechanic with the proper diagnostic and computer.
