Why do I not receive followup inquiries fromn dealers that I contacted???

I receive notices about cars and I can send them inquiries.  However, I no longer receive any replies.  I even started to use a second email address in case email address was the problem somehow.  Yesterday, I sent about 12 inquiries.  It is nearly midnight of the following day and still no responses.  Have I been "black-balled" for some reason???  Looking forward to your response!
