This problem with a/c and cooling
fans not working started at the
same time.ive replaced all relays
still nothing.someone plz.help.

Your car has three relays for the cooling fans, and there are two 30 amp fuses that support that circuit. Look under the hood for the power distribution box (fuse box) for fuses #59 and #60. If one or both are burnt out, that's the problem. If they burn again, there will be a short or fan motor overload somewhere.
