2011 camero can't pass inspection mode; in sleep mode hasn't been driven in 3 months. can this mode be dis connected?

2011 camaro can't pass inspection.It's in sleep mode because used infrequently. Now not inspected. Is there any way to over ride or disconnect this? Don't have time to drive around for 80 plus miles till it wakes up; not inspected will get a ticket too.

Can you get a temporary permit to drive it until you complete a drive cycle? I know of no other way than to drive it, let a friend borrow it for a day.
