Back up camera for 2011 Camry and at what mileage does timing belt-chain need replacing?

I have a 2011 SE V6 and want to install a back up camera for my wife. What is best and what is the cost generally and who does the best install job?

On this Camry when should belts be changed and how much does it cost?

2011 V6 Toyota Camry has a timing chain so nothing is required except normal maint. such as oil , oil filter air filter and sparkplugs etc.
