2011 hyundai santa fe

I have a 2011 hyundai santa fe. This car only
has one key entry on drivers side door.
Cannot open any doors or hatch with
remote. Have replaced remote battery. Have
replaced fuses.....to no avail. As i press open
on key fab i hear clicking under hood if car.
Can anyone please tell me how to get this
rear hatch open. Cant even do it from the
inside. Help!!!!!!!

bad remote or in need of reprogramming, try the master unlock switch inside that should open the tail gate
