Electric issues

I was driving down the road and my windshield
wipers starting going on and wont shut off. Now
the radio wont turn on. My turn signals dont work
and neither do any of my gauges (gas,speed,etc).

Those items are controlled by the Body Control Module (BCM). Either you have some intermittent opens/shorts or a bad BCM. Try unplugging it and reseating it. May also want to inspect fuse & relay box for corrosion or other signs of damage to wiring.
