heat does not work on my f150 fan blows and ac works

Not familiar with the F150's but, is there an electronic valve right where the core hoses go through the fire wall? I doubt that you have a plugged core on a 2010. Your climate control unit may be bad also. Check out this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rqVSwsLSOzk

Probably a bad actuator. Electric part about 50 bucks. A pain in the but to change.
