transmission

Asked by Boobymike Jun 27, 2018 at 06:47 PM about the 2010 Nissan Murano SL

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My transmission sounds like it's racing and don't seem to be changing out. It
runs well, but sounds like it's in one gear.
Is there something wrong with it?

It’s used, I got it now 2years, but don’t think it sounded like this before. Surprisingly it runs well, just doesn’t sound like it’s changing out.

The Transmission is a Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT). There will be no traditional "changing out". Look up a You Tube video for an explanation.
