Transmission fluid put inside oil

Would Transmission fluid  have any effect on  
my Engine oil

Long ago, we used to use ATF instead of engine oil to clean dirty engines; we even used kerosene on engines that were particularly grimy inside. If you have ATF in the engine, it's best not to drive it harder than slow speeds, and replace it with proper engine oil ASAP.

Yep it will burn it up cause transmission fluid cannot stand the heat or the stresses of the engine. Drain it out and put in the correct oil and change the oil filter.
