My car jerks when I go to 20 then revs up and switches to 30 and etc...just started to do this today

Mine started doing this 2 days ago as well, it's their transmissions. I have a 2018 and it's a very common issue with Nissan's CVT transmissions. Take it into the dealership if you have warranty
