How can I make my cute car run as if like day one when I bought her?

Radio doesn't work my USB as well it's a
perfectly a great car. I do my oil changes
regularly. I go to Jiffy Lube and there they
top off everything. But lately I've noticed it
runs rough, it makes a weird sound when
parked and a few days ago it wouldn't start,
I got the battery recharged and hopping
having this done would also start up my
radio again but nope still cursing with no
music. Very sad I know. Any advice to what
else I can do for my cute car to make it run
like new and my radio, USB issue?

Check your fuses to the radio and usb. You may have a blown fuse. As for running rough. Have you had your spark plugs and plug wires changed since you bought it. When or if you change those change out your fuel filter. Then when you get that done put some fuel injection cleaner and gas treatment in the gas tank. Hope that helps. If not take your car to your nearest diagnostic center like midas, precision auto tune, or to the cars maker dealership and let them run a diagnostics test and find out what codes your cars computer is putting out. That will tell you exactly what is going on.

A good inexpensive start is to put in a can of Fuel Injector cleaner. However, they are not all the same. Many are just a waste of money. Use only Red Line Complete SI-1 or Chevron 65740 Techron Concentrate. Amazon or Wal-Mart will have these. You will see a noticeable difference after just one tankful. Depending on the brands of gas you have been using and the mileage on the car - the differences could be rather dramatic. Along the same lines - a fuel filter should also be at the top of your list.
