Idle pulsating. Like advance then retard

Why does my 2010 Kia Forte idle up and down and
even stalls if I don't keep the rpms at around 1100?
I'm going to clean the throttle body and mass air
flow sensors and see what happens.

Clean the idle air control as well. When cleaning the MAF be sure to use a MAF cleaner only, other cleaners can damage it.
