2010 Grand Marquis pressure release from driver side of engine sound like air
tank relief on diesel truck. Slight amount of antifreeze shows up on
crossmember. Slight amount of vapor when spewing sound occurs. Engine

This sounds bad, either a blown head gasket, or cracked head. Check for water suds on inside of oil cap. You could have the cooling system pressure checked.
