Car started but will not start again

Installed new remanufactured motor, it started ran
perfectly, I shut it off 3 different times and it
started perfectly, had check engine light on so
unhook battery and now will not start will not do
anything

Make sure battery has a full charge and connections all good, positive and negative, chassis and engine grounds. Your engine and vehicle computer are compatible? Use test light at fuse box, any voltage? Some fuses are hot all the time, some go hot with key on. The diagram is for starter motor. Just for testing, pull the starter relay, use proper jumper wire between cavities 30 and 87, the starter motor should crank the engine, that doesn't mean it will start. If you try that, make sure transmission is in park or neutral and parking brake is set.
