I can get it to work if I jiggle and squeeze some of the lines/tubes under the hood. Is it the fuel filter? Fuel pump?

I bought the 2000 Toyota Camry LE brand new in 2000, do not drive alot by only having less than 27,000 miles on it...I know it states to change timing belt around 90,000 miles...what is your opinion...
