Removing 4-cyl engine from 2009 Sentra. Do I need to remove it to lower the engine? When do I remove the front subframe? Do I need to support the engine when I do this?

YES. if you're going to lower the engine out! SUPPORT IT.. Each vehicle is different.. BUT, I remove many that were raised into position from the bottom during factory assembly, I remove / exact from the TOP it depends on your facility and skills too. Certain vehicles need to have the engine lowered out.. not that many, Regards
